Welcome to Letters From Home - A Division of Rock Writing and Editing LLC ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.lettersfromhomesubscription.com and your subscription to our fiction story service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Subscription and Access

A. Service Description

Our Service provides subscribers with access to original fiction stories and related content, dispatched via standard letter mail every second Wednesday until all 24 letters of the series have been sent to you.

B. Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

A. Subscription and Product Pricing

Details regarding our subscription and product prices are on our Shop page and are subject to change upon prior notice.

B. Billing and Payments (Wix Platform)

You authorize us (and our third-party payment processor, as integrated by Wix) to charge your designated payment method for your chosen subscription fee and any applicable taxes on the payment schedule selected by you.
All payments are processed securely by our Wix-integrated payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.

C. End of Subscription

Your subscription will automatically end once the last letter in your subscription series has been mailed to you.

D. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@lettersfromhomesubscription.com. If you cancel, we will stop sending letters to you effective the date we received your notice.

E. Refunds

Subscriptions qualify for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within thirty (30) days of placing your order. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days after placing your order do not qualify for a refund.

All collectible box purchases are non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Use

A. Our Content

All stories, letters, materials, boxes, printables, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof, including the design and structure of the website, are the property of Letters From Home - A Division of Rock Writing & Editing LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the fiction stories solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

B. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Share, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any subscribed fiction stories or content outside of the Service.
Use the content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms (e.g., sharing copyrighted content or failing to pay for your product or subscription).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content contained within the fiction stories.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
