Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds are issued for subscriptions to Letters From Home - A Division of Rock Writing and Editing LLC (the "Service").

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a full refund if you cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of placing your letter subscription order.

If you cancel your subscription more than thirty (30) days after your subscription order is processed, no refund will be issued.
​
It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.

2. Cancellation and Refund Process

A. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, please send an email to our support team at info@lettersfromhomesubscription.com.​
Use the subject line "Subscription Cancellation." Include your name, mailing address, and invoice number from your initial purchase.

B. Determining the Refund Period
The 30-day refund window begins the day your order is placed, processed, and paid. This date will be indicated on your automated receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provided while making your order.

C. Technical Issues with Refund Requests
We are not responsible for cancellation requests that are not received or processed due to technical issues outside of our platform (e.g., email filtering, user error in typing our email address). However, we will review these on a case-by-case basis if you can demonstrate that you sent your cancellation request on time and in good faith.

D. Refund Issuance
If you qualify for a full refund, the entire initial subscription amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The collectible letter storage boxes are non-refundable.
