Shipping Date for Your First Letter Package

 

The standard shipping date for first letter packages is within 3 business days of purchase, unless an alternate subscription start date is specified at the time of purchase OR the subscription is identified as a holiday gift, which follows a pre-set holiday shipping schedule for first letter packages.

  First letter packages will be shipped February 15-18, 2026.

• Mother's Day 2026 Gift Schedule
  First letter packages will be shipped May 11-14, 2026.

We know you're eager to receive the next installment of your story, so we've established a clear shipping schedule for our letters.

As per our Shipping Policy, we dispatch all letters via USPS and Canada Post every second Wednesday. This means you know exactly when your mail starts on its way to you!

Please note that these dates are when we dispatch the mail. Delivery times will vary based on the carrier and your local postal service. Currently, some regions in the US and Canada may take up to 2 weeks (10 business days) to deliver your next letter. International mail can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
